The ripped guy in the picture to the right is Mike Chang, author of the Six Pack Shortcuts program.
I wanted to write a bit about Mike Chang so you’ll have a clearer picture of who’s behind Six Pack Shortcuts and have a better notion of what this program is about and how it was created.
Mike Chang is a guy who knows what it’s like to be overweight and out of shape. He formerly weighed 200 lbs and describes himself as being soft, flabby, and pudgy.
He decided to change his body and his life. First, he started researching what it really takes to lose fat, get ripped, and flatten your abs. He tried things out on himself, made his share of mistakes, but he did change his body and the results of his efforts are clear to see.
Mike eventually became a personal trainer a number of years ago and he decided that he should take his journey and the lessons he learned in it and create an easy to follow program that other guys can use to lose their body fat and get flat abs. This is how the Six Pack Shortcuts plan was created.
Now, Mike helps men from around the world to learn correct fitness and eating habits through his videos, his writing, and his program.
When you see how Mike Chang addresses fitness you can see that he’s a gimmick free guy who knows what it really takes to get real body changing results. In his program Mike shows how you need to work hard in a correct manner to transform your body from flab to flat, from fat belly to six pack abs.
